LTD. of any unauthorized use of Your password or any other breach of security related to the Services. REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. reserves the right to require You to alter Your password if REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. believes that Your password is no longer secure. REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the above requirements.

REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. Reserves the right to modify the services without notice to you. REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. Further reserves the right to discontinue the services without notice to you. To the extent reasonably practical, REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. will provide You with notice prior to any discontinuation, unless REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. is required to immediately discontinue the service in order to comply with any law or regulations.

The Services and its contents, features and functionality (including, without limitation, all information, software, text, graphics, images, and the design) (collectively, the “Content”) are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Jeopardize the security of Your account or anyone else's account, or attempt, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services;
• Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services;
• Create a substantially similar product or service thereto, or to any component thereof.

All copyrights, trade secrets, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in any jurisdiction worldwide (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”) in and to the Services and the Content are the sole property of REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD.. You do not have or receive any right, title or interest in or to the Services or the Content through Your use of the Services or otherwise.

REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. May receive a commission, fee and/or other compensation on some clicks or purchases made on, through or linked from the services.this means REALSIGNAL PTE. LTD. May receive some form of compensation through an arrangement it has with a third party if you (i) click on certain ads or links on our products, or (ii) purchase a product or service after clicking a link.

Realsgnal Apps is designed to enable users to test and analyze networks, (Specifically, Packet Capture Pro is designed to provide users with tools for capturing and analyzing network data packets, intended solely for legitimate purposes such as network debugging, performance testing, and educational research). The Software is suitable for personal non-commercial use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without the developer's written permission.

Before installing or using Realsignal Apps, users should read and understand this disclaimer in its entirety. By using the Software, users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms of this statement.

The use of this Software involves the following risks, which users must evaluate and assume:

Realsignal provides a limited warranty on its hardware device as follows: For a period of one (1) year following the purchase date of the device, Realsignal will repair or replace any device that was defective as of the date of purchase. Realsignal does not provide any warranty for any data that may be stored on the device or Realsignal's servers and Realsignal does not provide any warranty regarding such data.
